Broken handle and dirty blinds, I thought this blind cleaner was going to be so cool, but unfortunately the first time I used it it broke. I had just gotten the blinds in between the pads, which were kind of bulky and in the way, and as soon as I squeezed on the handle to grasp the blinds I heard a loud pop. The top handle just snapped off from the base! Nothing left sticking out of the base to bind it back together.
Out of morbid curiosity as to whether the thing would even clean correctly, I held the handle in place and continued in wiping down a section of my blinds. Nothing. The dust did not budge. I could see it cleaning well with some windex or cleaner sprayed on the blinds first...
Tongs With Fabric On Them.... Soap, Water & A Rag Works Better & Cheaper, I bought this because the blinds in my living room were very dirty- My living room is facing an open dirt field- so when it gets windy and I have my windows open it just blows it all into my house and first stop it the blinds.
There was a nasty layer of dirt and dust that made my white mini blinds look like they were gray or brown- YUCK!
So I decided to order this--
It literally is tongs with an extra piece of plastic with some fabric- like a sock over it-
It really didnt do anything for my living room blinds- except really make the sock dirty-
So I stopped using it on those blinds and tried it on my bathroom blinds- where it is facing the other side of the house and those werent very dirty at all- and it sort of cleaned the blinds-- I had to go over them again and wash them- so to me this is sort of pointless-
Granted my living room blinds were too nasty to get clean with this- but they did come clean with a little soap, water and a rag.
For the other blinds that were not very dirty and this didnt really clean them- it was a waste of time because I had to go over them and wash them with a rag anyway.
Great tool to clean wood blinds, This is a great little gadget to clean blinds with. I am able to clean to slats at a time back front and back in one swoop. It really cuts the time of cleaning my blinds in half. The only thing is a wish it came with an extra cover so you can swap out when cleaning all your blinds at the same time.
Not for Wide, Venetian-Style Blinds, This "Fuzzy Wuzzy" blind cleaner is not suited for wide venetian blinds, although the ad doesn't specify. Some ads say "for mini-blinds only" for which this product is clearly made. It's only usable for wider, Venetian-style blinds if one slat is cleaned at a time, not as the picture indicates.
I like it., This is a really cool product and works better than I expected. I really don't like cleaning my blinds but this really makes light work of it. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with more cloth covers to interchange. My blinds were especially dirty and I really could have used several more to do the job.

Best cleaner out there, I love this product - it is awesome. Cleans quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend. completely removes dustbetter than any microfiber cloth I have ever had. Does what it should.

Awesome little gadget!, We have 15 windows in the house with wood blinds. Cleaning them with a dust rag took forever and all the dust/dirt didn't always get removed. I saw this product in a junk mail catalog and hoped on Amazon to see what the reviews were. I was very pleased to find good reviews, as well as cheaper prices on Amazon. The product quality is amazing and the task of cleaning the blinds has been cut down tremendously. Once you are done cleaning, toss the microfiber cover into the wash and it comes out brand new.
