Space Bag is the greatest way to save closet space, The jumbo tote bags are a great space saver if you are trying to store large comforters and pillows. I never had any problems with the air deflating. It worked like a charm and freed up alot of space in my guestrooms' closets.
Worked great!!, I was a little skeptical with some of these products, sometimes they aren't what they say they are. But it worked perfect for me. I fit several items in the package and now all items aren't laying around my closet. They are neatly piled up at one small end of my closet.
storage bags, some of the bags worked well but a couple of them didn't completely hold together as time passed; however, the jumbo cube bags were just what I needed to store big items. In the future I probably will just order the cube bags.
Great Product for Small Spaces!, I love these bags! We have a very small home and these bags make life a little less cramped. I store all my seasonal clothing in these bags and store them in the garage to give us room in our tiny closet. I have also used them to store my wedding dress and my son's baby clothing.
Love these!, Never had any luck with other space bags, they would always leak. I have gotten two of these and will probably get another one. I put bedding in one and two 33 gallon garbage bags full of stuffed animals in the other. I had been storing things in rubbermaid storage containers but now I'm putting everything possible in these totes.
Awesome!, My husband and I are both military, and when we moved in together, combining ALL of our items, crowded our very small apartment... and over time, adding a baby to the mix? We were OVERCROWDED with all sorts of bed linens, pillows, and clothing between us all (again, with no space). I decided that I would try Space Bags after reading many a review, especially about this one, and I have to say...
As far as not folding down into it's own tote-- it all depends on how you pack it. I folded all the clothes and blankets and stacked them in my closet ahead of time, as a part of my "Declutter project"... so I neatly piled them into the bag, up to the fill line... but I WILL say this much, I guess because it was clothing, such as sweatshirts, sweatpants, pants, t-shirts galore... (no denim) that once I vacuumed all the items, the compressed bag didn't COMPLETELY fit into the jumbo tote. I had to take it about 4-5 inches down from the fill line, which was more than a little disappointing. Nonetheless, the bag works.
Love them!, These bags are the best way of storing things for a long time. We have a summer place which is closed up for the winter. I store all the linens, pillows, etc. in these bags along with a scented drawer liner and the linens come out smelling great. There is no musty closed up smell. The fact that the bags stack on top of each other is another plus. I tried the regular vacume storage bags and plastic bins but found that the other space bags didn't hold the vacume and the plastic bins take up too much space. These bags also have the clear window in front so you can see what inside. I'm telling everyone about this terrific product.
Weird., This was hard to figure out. It seemed like such a good idea, but the part that's supposed to hold and stack the space bags is designed very oddly and I wasn't able to use it at all. Waste of money.
The Best!, Love the outer canvas totes! The canvas protects the plastic and the handles are so great for moving around. I wish they came in more sizes though, as this is still a big footprint and the height is a bit too tall and doesn't fit under my bed.
