Don't Waste Your Money! Don't waste your money on this product. It is a rip off. The steam only gets lukewarm not near hot enough to clean. The instructions are hard to understand and the product is hard to use.
one touch steam tornado run! Do not waste your money. We too purchased one from a As Seen On TV store and it won't work at all! Easy to assemble simple instructions. However the indicator light stays on for 1045 seconds if at all then nothing. No steam nothing. Unfortunately the box and receipt were thrown away and the store probably won't take it back. Huge waste. Now we will have to purchased another and hope it works. This time the box and receipt will be saved.Good luck to those that find a decent home steamer.
